Wholefoods & Organic Produce Perth

One of the questions I’m often asked is “where do you shop for good quality wholefoods in Perth?” Over the years I’ve found some wonderful markets, grocers, and online suppliers that make it easier to source organic and sustainable produce. Below is a guide to some of my favourites - my fav areas are coastal between Fremantle and North Beach so that’s where you’ll most often find me but I shop mostly online. 

Remember - even Woolworths and Coles now stock a growing range of certified organic fruit, vegetables, and pantry items, which can be a convenient option if you’re short on time.

I always encourage you to ask your suppliers about how their produce is grown, harvested, and transported. It may take a little extra effort at first, but once you’ve built relationships with your trusted suppliers, you’ll feel much more confident about what’s on your plate.
