Cancellation Policy

For packages, if your decision to cancel the entire package is made before your package commences (before the initial consult) and is within 7 days of purchase, you can opt for a full refund (minus the merchant fees). However, once the package has commenced, and you need to cancel an appointment, you can reschedule it to another agreed date/time providing 48hrs notice is given. Inadequate notice (48hrs) will result in a $75 cancellation fee or under 24hrs notice will result in the loss of that particular consult type in your package. If you need to reschedule a Genetic Blueprint Review Consultation, 3 days notice is required (given 7hrs of reporting time is reserved for you for that consult type). If you need to take an extended break of the package, you may request to extend the package by up to 2 months (if you’re on a payment plan, the payments can be paused for 1-2 months).

For unpaid consultations, I understand things come up and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, I do appreciate a minimum of 48 hours notice. A cancellation without 48 hours notice will result in a fee of 50% of the consult fee.

For prepaid consultations, I do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ or forgotten consults so you are encouraged to consider carefully whether a purchase is right for you before making the payment. You may opt to reschedule your appointment to another agreed day/time within 48 hours notice. A cancellation without 48 hours notice will result in a fee of 50% of the consult fee.

For practitioner mentoring sessions, provided you give at least 48 hours notice of cancellation, you can opt to reschedule your appointment to another agreed day/time. A cancellation without 48 hours notice will result in a fee of 50% of the session fee.

For the Elevate your Practice mentoring program, if your decision to cancel the entire package is made before your package commences (a week before the initial session), you can opt for a full refund (minus the merchant fees). Once the package has commenced, and you need to reschedule a session, you can reschedule to another agreed date/time providing 48hrs notice is given. Inadequate notice (48hrs) will result in a $75 cancellation fee. Less than 24hrs notice will result in the loss of that session type from your package.

Messenger support add-on service: This service is non-refundable and is a minimum 3 month commitment to 3 monthly payments. Given there are no set appointment times, there is no need for rescheduling.

If unforeseen circumstances arise, and I am unable to proceed with a consultation, a full refund or rescheduling will be provided. For packages that can’t continue for unforeseen circumstances or would require an extended break, either a refund will be provided for the unused consultations or you’ll be offered to resume the package at an agreed date. You will be given two options within 5 days of the cancellation.

All other appointment changes

For any other appointment type not mentioned above, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours to avoid a cancellation fee of $75.
